About Me

Name: Thomas O. Ochieng: I'm obsessively in love with Cardio-Kickboxing, Yoga and Budokon....yes, that's how passionate I am about what I do. Since beginning my career as a Professional Personal Trainer, I've had the good fortune to travel and work in a number of wonderful places and with an even greater number of wonderful people. These ever varying experiences are what I look forward to most about my work, and what keeps me excited every time I train people. Seriously, I LOVE WHAT I DO. I'm a Tier 4 Master Personal Trainer certified by N.F.P.T (National Federation of Professional Trainers), and also with Sports Psychology and Kinesiology degrees. I am qualified to instruct people in fitness, nutrition, wellness, and as a Les Mills International group exercise instructor. I've obtained college degrees from both The University of Nairobi and The United States International University. Up to this point, I've been working in the fitness industry for over 10 years. You see, what I do requires a whole different mindset, plus, I have a set of skills that most people don't have.
